Carmela grows its own coffee at El Cuminate Farm, a family-run finca in Costa Rica's West Valley, and roasts it in small batches in Boca Raton — a genuinely vertically integrated approach rather than sourcing from a third-party roaster. The brand has grown into an 18-location Florida chain built around hospitality and community alongside coffee craft.
