Chef Ces-Art, the culinary talent behind CesArt Catering and CesArt Private Dining, has built a reputation around European-inflected, chef-driven food served in intimate, non-restaurant settings. Dining in the Dark takes that intimacy a step further: guests wear a blindfold for the entire meal, removing sight from the equation so that flavor, aroma, and texture do the heavy lifting instead.
