Like its sister cafés around the state, this location ethically sources its beans and roasts them in-house before pulling them into espresso drinks, cold brew, and siphon-brewed coffee.

What to Order

Beyond the espresso bar, the café's siphon brewer turns out a slower, more ceremonial cup for anyone curious about the method, alongside Foxtail's usual lineup of cold brew, teas, and specialty matcha.
