Everyone from the ladies i spoke to in the office to the crew who performed the install were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient! The prices were competitive but still under the other estimates I received. The install was done in one day, and the crew went above and beyond expectations. The install looks fantastic. There were even a few other things updated and fixed outside of the scope of the job details! Couldn't recommend more!

10/10 Great Company. What turned out to be a small plumbing fix turned into a major mission. There is so much recognition for the individuals to come and help us out. Steps that needed to be done, the possible what if's. It was very stressful but they guided us the whole way through. First supervisor Matt came out and found our main problem in the mainline was able to immediately find ways to address it. Gave on site estimates. Second Anthony fixed our bathroom plumbing. He enjoys doing his work even hitting a few bumps. Letting me watch him work he didnt mind it. Evan help cleaned our mainline to discover it was more than just a clean out. Sorry you got stuck for a bit. We didnt get the names of individuals who came to dig out our front yard they did everything in thier power to get our water running, getting to the pipes and cleaning as well as discovering a water void. With all the madness that was happening i am very appreciative they were very professional, knowledgeable and answer all our questions. Will definitely be calling them for future plumbing issues.

Our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year January 2026 on a early Sunday morning called Anthony Heating and cooling and they came out with in 30 minutes. My furnace was 31 years old and needed a new mother board which would cost $950 but couldn't get it till Monday So we just decided to just put in an all new system and replace the 20 year old hot water heater too they said they could have it installed on Monday and they did showed up around 9:30am and was done by 5:30Pm and the job they did looks nice . I would highly recommend them to everyone.

BEWARE. If I could give zero stars I would. Our AC kept shutting off. We hade 4 visits by 4 different technicians. No one figured out the issue. One technician replace a part that cost over 600.00 and it still didn't work. I went outside to look at the unit and it was so dirty you could see dirt poking out of the vents. I cleaned it and it worked perfectly. No one caught that it was dirty. Now the department manager who you cannot speak to directly won't refund any portion of the bill and is looking for a way to get out. However they did try to upsell us on every service and even a new hvac unit. Now I have to take off work for a 5th time for another service call so a 5th technician can "get a set of readings" so this manager can try to justify their charge. This company does not care about it's customer or reputation. Use anyone else. You would be better off google your problem and fixing it yourself. I sent this pictures in and the manager had someone call me to say "he reviewed the pictures and said this isn't that dirty and wouldn't cause a problem".

Jahvon was excellent! This was my first experience with Anthony PHCE and there couldn’t have been a better representative for the company. Very professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. I called Anthony about 8 o’clock at night and set an appointment with their AI assistant and they were out the very next morning to look at my AC that was not working. The customer service was excellent. I was totally blown away, and they have found their next loyal customer. Jahvon, keep up the excellent work!
