BEST is the BOMB! Tim Best came to us through our home warranty. He was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I had an issue with our electric furnace. Tim dug in, explained what had happened and promised to address our issue with better end-performance. Although I'm writing this review before the job is completed, I wanted to take the opportunity to express our gratitude with full trust the job will exceed our expectations! Thanks Tim! The repair is complete and I am finishing my review. The system works better now than it did when it was installed. Tim Best is a master and you can be confident. Everyone was professional and very prompt in their responses. Austin came out to look at my system and within the hour he sent me a proposal. One week later they installed my A/C with thermostat. Nick was awesome. I was concerned that the place hadn't cooled off much the next day. Nick came over that same day, and made some adjustments. I am well pleased with the services and outcome.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Santos. He’s been to our place twice. Complete professional with so much knowledge and experience. He explained exactly what was happening in a very specific, easy to understand way. Wasn’t “sales” driven and honestly was just super kind and helpful! Bridger came out and heard our issue with our HVAC. He was prompt and very informative. He cleaned up after his mess and also explained everything that he was doing. He was able to fix our problem and was very nice to work with.
