Adaptive Training Foundation (ATF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Carrollton that empowers people with physical disabilities, including veterans, amputees, and paraplegics, to transform their lives through exercise and community. Founded in 2014 by former NFL linebacker David Vobora after he began training quadruple amputee Travis Mills, ATF has grown into a program serving athletes throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area and beyond. The foundation restores hope through movement and rewrites the narrative around what people with disabilities can achieve.
