This was the first time I’ve used a professional carpet cleaning service, so I contacted several companies for quotes. James from Alliance was the only one who took the time to ask for photos and then provided a clear, fixed price. Other companies just sent price lists where costs could change depending on room size, pets, stains, etc. I decided to go with Alliance and I honestly couldn’t fault the service at all. The two lads who came out were friendly, professional, and did a great job. From start to finish, the experience was straightforward and reassuring. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. Made our carpet look amazing. Removed ingrained dirt from kids and dog. James is really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be using Alliance again. Well done for an excellent job.

Just had my sofa cleaned off this company, very professional service right from the start, Luke explained exactly what he would be doing. He was very respectful of my house using covers to protect the flooring. Excellent service by professional company. Will definitely recommend and use in future.

James did a brilliant job with my carpet burn today. He was very proffesional in his work, i would'nt hesitate to ask him to do a carpet repair again. When the job was finished it was hard to see where the burn had ever been. I would highly recommend James for the job. I'm so happy with the result.Thank you so much James.
