The Kingston Nachos are the dish that put One Love on the map: Jamaican jerk chicken piled over loaded nachos, the plate that took first place at Fall for Greenville in 2017. The Hawaiian Stack, a grilled BBQ pulled pork sandwich, won the same festival the following year, and both are still on the menu.
Those are the calling cards, but the cooking ranges wide, pulling Caribbean, Latin, and Southern flavors onto the same plate. You will find loaded nachos, yellow rice bowls, taco triplets, and grilled Stacks on Texas toast, tied together with house sauces like the Sunset Sauce and Jerkziki. The vegetarian and vegan lineup is unusually deep for a food truck, with coconut-glazed tofu, barbecue jackfruit, and plant-based versions of most of the meat dishes.
One Love has run since 2016 and bills itself as the longest-running food truck in the Upstate. It is family-owned and works public and private events around Simpsonville and the wider Upstate, closing in on a decade of catching people at festivals and pop-ups.
