We appreciated the communication prior to our service reminding us of the appointment as well as the text of the day of service. The text included his picture and Frank called prior to arriving. He was on time and very professional yet down to earth as easy to talk to about he was going to do. He was upfront on any charges, so no surprises. Frank was very thorough and spent an appropriate amount of time on the tune up of our 2 units outside and air handlers. He also went around to multiple registers to verify air temperature output. I have had previous businesses spend 15 minutes and charge me 3 times what I paid for todays services. I also appreciate that he is a veteran and as such very polite. Frank thank you for your service in the military. We highly recommend Kuhn's Heating and Air.

All I can say is WOW. I’ve used various HVAC services over the last 30 years with a few different homes in three states and without a doubt, Kuhn’s has been the BEST so far! Had to have some diagnostics performed after a home inspection and Kuhn’s was able to fit us into the schedule right away, and for a fair price. The office manager/dispatcher was courteous and helpful, making the process easy; communication was incredibly efficient (emails and texts every step of the way), and Tyler the technician was wonderful. Immensely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous. One of the issues was simply dead batteries in the remote which he replaced without extra charge! (THAT shows integrity.) I can see why Kuhn’s was highly recommended by our home inspector. Once we move in, they will be our go-to company for all future HVAC needs. Thank you!!🙏

was great to work with. cam on schedule time. Great clean up finished in less than 6 hrs. change 2 heaters and re plumbed the waste lines

Frank and his team always Goes above and beyond for their clients. We had two Separate cases one HVAC Frank and Jaycee fixed the HVAC system did amazing work and they also cleaned up after themselves very classy company. I will always recommend Kuhn. Also give a big shout out to Frank and Tyler for their outstanding service for our plumbing situation. This is the best agency to use for heating air and plumbing in the St. George area.

Tyler was exceptional! Very professional, honest, and forthright. He was also knowledgeable and explained things in terms that were easy for us to understand. We also had a great experience scheduling our service. From start to finish, I would highly recommend Kuhn’s Heating and Air!
