We have had an excellent experience working with this payroll company. The entire team is knowledgeable, responsive, and always available to answer questions or provide guidance when needed. Let start off with Kristy is an amazing Payroll Specialist at Payday Employer! I had a payroll issue that needed immediate attention! I had little time and called and Kristy was able to put me at ease and resolve it quickly! She is professional and fantastic at her position. I am highly recommended Kristy and Payday for small businesses and big businesses for that matter . Payday is very accessible to reach no chat or computer talking back . You will reach real people! Owning your own business is hard enough, but add in payroll along with all the many state and federal taxes and requirements and it can be quite overwhelming. To find a payroll company who genuinely cares for the well-being and long term success of me as an owner and my company is hard to find, and especially one who is truly personable, available, and treats you as if you are family. PayDay is that rare find, and I'm so thankful they've become part of my team. I want to give a special shout out to Audrey Huang, the one who truly takes PayDay's core values and implements them directly into my week on, week off interactions. She is a valuable asset to PayDay and to my business.

We have been working with Colleen at PayDay for the last +5 years and she and the company have been phenomenal. There is always an immediate response to any and all questions and or reports requested. The company does a great job at offering updated services and keeping us in the loop of how to best navigate payroll for our 8 Orangetheory locations. I can't tell you how easy it is to work so closely with people who care and can be trusted. I can't rave enough about how amazing, quick, and invested Colleen is at making things run smoothly for us. I can't recommend PayDay enough - 6 stars all the way!
