We were having severe static shocks whenever we turned on a light, touched another person, or touched anything metal. S&S Mechanical added humidifiers to our HVAC system that we can adjust to keep the level of humidity in our air at an ideal level throughout the seasonal changes in weather. Since the installation, we’ve not had any more unwanted static shocks. The service was timely, quick, and they were very friendly and professional. We are very satisfied.
I had a great experience with S&S Mechanical - Plumbing Heating Cooling. They serviced my A/C unit tune-up and performed a water heater reflush. Chachi and Alex provided great service, communicated clearly throughout the process, and patiently answered all of my questions. I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. I've used other companies and this was the first time, but no more. S&S is now my comany. My technicians were Jonah and Trevor. They were on time, competent and conducted themselves professionally. The price quoted was fair. 6/2026 I needed some warranty work. They came right out. They quickly solved the problem and repairs were performed. As the best HVAC contractor in SU, I was worried that it would take a week like some other contractors, not this company. Being the best, they bend over backward to promptly come out and get the job done. They didn't charge me. Another 5-star performance!
