Had my roof done and solar guardians removed and installed my solar panels. They put a bunch of scratches on 11 of my 30 panels. Left muddy foot prints on a couple. The owner came out and said my system was older and it would be hard to find replacement panels. He offered $600 for the damage panels. The panels are only 3 years old. Seems like they rushed the job. I wouldn’t be surprised if my roof eventually leaks where they put the pads to mount the panels. I recommend finding another company.

Can not say enough about the employees of Solar Guardian. From the moment Solar Guardian was contracted to do my solar removal there’s been constant communication. SARAH was my go to she was such a pleasant, knowledgeable persistent advocate for me. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went as planned. Then the day of removal, I was greeted with a very respectable gentleman ,Richard. Richard was later joined with Mikey. What a team they were respectful of my property, privacy and time. Don’t know if Guardian is aware of the fact that the employees they have are such a valuable asset. What a great team!!!!! SARAH thank you for being so patient, kind, more than helpful and mainly respectful. I hope anyone that reads this review will have the same pleasant experience. Thank you SUN RUN/ REMI for hiring great workers. Highly recommend.

I love this company’s service. They were impecable with uninstalling then reinstalling the solar panels. They had touch up work a month after the process. They were responsive and attentive throughout. I highly recommend this company.

We bought our home in December 2023 w/a 2 year old solar panel system. We assumed that the system was working because AC Electric said it was but our bills became higher and higher with July's being astronomical. Finally ACE admitted we were not producing. Since we own the system outright, the original installer would not even call us back. After weeks of trying to find a solar company to come and assess our system, I happily got in touch with Solar Guardians. Sarah was so pleasant and concerned, even after my many, hopefully not too annoying phone calls. They are incredibly busy but she was such a great help in getting one of their technicians out to have a look. Mike arrived Thursday and found we needed fuses for the converter which unknown to us, the former owner had removed. Mike came back today, Friday, installed the new fuses, updated the converter and just left with our system up and running. Thank you Sarah! Thank you Mike! If you are having issues with your system, don't hesitate to call Ray and his team at Solar Guardians! It's great to have them on our side!

I needed my solar panels temporarily removed and reinstalled. Scheduling with Solar Guardians was a breeze and price was reasonable. The crew was on time and finished the job quickly and professionally. Although the panels were reinstalled a little crooked the first time, as soon as I called the owner about it, the crew came back the next day (canceling their original trip to other locations) and fixed them to my satisfaction. I would recommend the company because of their customer service.
