I had a great experience with Tripple-T Heating and Cooling. They replaced an existing unit at my home and installed a new mini split system, and the entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship really stood out. The thermostat and indoor mini split unit were mounted perfectly level, and everything looked clean and well thought out. They also took the time to clean up thoroughly—any handprints, smudges, and drywall dust from the installation were completely wiped down and vacuumed up, which I really appreciated. The quote they provided was very detailed and clearly outlined all aspects of the job, including some specialty items I had specifically requested. That level of transparency made it easy to understand exactly what I was getting. I also compared estimates from several other installers before moving forward, and their pricing was fair and competitive. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the work and would absolutely recommend Tripple-T Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for quality HVAC installation done right.

Jesse Tanner from Triple-T came out quickly same day after our call to help us with our 32year old AC unit that quit working. He spent lots of time and asked all the right questions before making and quick band-aid repair, instead he was careful to examine and share with us how we were in a position to choose a repair that could fail because other components were beyond and actually double their expected life - so after carefully and patiently gather photos and checking all the parts that might not work from a first repair he said we should consider getting an estimate on replacing the whole unit. But he made it clear and made every effort to provide us with all the information for us to make the decision an informed one. Thank you Jesse for your time and detail!! We are currently working with Carl on getting the right unit to fit our budget and needs our needs — and will also be able to add in intake to our master bedroom that has never cooled down like the rest of the house does. That you Triple T for being so awesome from my first call, she was great too. Each time we called them we get stellar service!! Thanks TTT!!!!

I have been a long standing customer of Triple T. I have always had an excellent opinion of their work and their staff. Today, however, I had an outstanding experience with James. He was coming to do my AC maintenance but he discovered quite a few problems with the AC and also the system in the furnace. James explained all the issues in detail and included photos of problems. He summarized how much it would cost to do repairs. The HVAC system is 16 years old. James compared the cost of repairs to the cost of a new system. It was an easy decision to get a new furnace and air conditioner. He was able to help me get financing for both and after contacting staff member Austin , I was able to get approved on the spot and to arrange to have my new system installed tomorrow. The price was a figure I could work with. Overall, James made the whole experience a pleasure. I trusted his expertise and found this experience just outstanding!

This guy know his stuff he help me w the my cargo trailer get my mini split up and running I jack knife my trailer and ruined my base mini split I put on my spare mini split bottom on the bottom and it makes our 410 and 36 each save me from ruining my machine and making things work. What a great guy to have there. He sure knows his stuff.

Jesse is a very thorough technician. Very prompt in his arrival and extremely informative of his services rendered as well as possible improvements (without seeming like a forced upsell). He left us feeling confident about our existing equipment and sure that our home will remain properly heated through the winter months, thanks to his maintenance, recommendations, and overall care. Looking forward to having him service our A/C unit in the warmer months. Thank you Jesse! Update: Jesse came back for our AC tune up and his service remains wonderful. Very informative, thorough inspection and cleaning, and detailed paperwork leaving nothing to question. Happy to have him back!
